February Wrap-Up

Finley's class Valentine's Day party. 

Elise's class is passing around their bear Frosty and documenting their adventures (or naps) in a class book. Each student got to keep him for a couple days. 

He went everywhere with us!

Kimchi fried rice. Since we can't afford to eat out much, I've been trying to learn how to cook all kinds of interesting foods!

International Night

Last weekend was International Night at Finley's school. We signed up to do a table on Hong Kong. We had lots of HK books, a tray of CNY goodies to taste, and Chinese Zodiac coloring sheets for the kids. It was a lot of fun, but of course bittersweet too. We may have left HK, but HK will never leave our hearts.
